Last updated: 12 May 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Sworn Mentorship website, application forms, booking process, payment process, communications and mentorship services.

By using this website, submitting an application, booking a session, making payment, or taking part in any Sworn Mentorship service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website, submit an application, make payment, or take part in any Sworn Mentorship service.

1. About Sworn Mentorship

Sworn Mentorship provides personal mentorship, guidance, accountability, objective feedback and practical advice.

The purpose of Sworn Mentorship is to help clients think more clearly, make better decisions, build discipline, develop skills, improve behaviour, and work towards personal, creative, career, business or life goals.

Sworn Mentorship is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, clinical mental health support, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, regulated business advice, or any other regulated professional service.

The contact email for Sworn Mentorship is:

[email protected]

2. Who the service is for

Sworn Mentorship is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

By applying for, booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

Sworn Mentorship may refuse an application, decline to provide services, cancel a booking, or end a mentorship relationship where it believes the service is not suitable, safe, appropriate, realistic, or likely to be beneficial.

3. Application and acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a call, a booking, or access to private mentorship.

Sworn Mentorship works with a limited number of people and may decline an application for any reason, including but not limited to suitability, timing, capacity, readiness, communication style, risk, or lack of fit.

A client relationship only begins when Sworn Mentorship confirms acceptance and payment has been made.

4. Services offered

Sworn Mentorship may offer services including:

  1. A first private mentorship session.
  2. A 90 day private mentorship programme.
  3. Written feedback, follow up support or additional mentorship services where agreed.

The exact service, price, format and included support will be shown before payment or confirmed in writing.

Sworn Mentorship may change, remove, add or rename services at any time.

5. Nature of mentorship

Mentorship is based on discussion, reflection, practical feedback, personal experience, challenge, accountability and guidance.

You understand and agree that:

  1. Sworn Mentorship does not diagnose, treat or manage medical or mental health conditions.
  2. Sworn Mentorship does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, clinical, medical, psychological or psychiatric advice.
  3. Any decisions you make after receiving mentorship are your own.
  4. You remain fully responsible for your actions, choices, behaviour, work, finances, health, relationships, business decisions and outcomes.
  5. No result, income, opportunity, emotional outcome, career outcome, business outcome, relationship outcome or life outcome is guaranteed.

6. No professional advice

Any information, guidance, opinion, suggestion or feedback provided by Sworn Mentorship is general personal mentorship only.

You must not rely on Sworn Mentorship as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

You should seek appropriate professional advice from a doctor, therapist, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, solicitor, accountant, financial adviser, tax adviser or other qualified professional where your situation requires it.

If you are in crisis, at risk of harming yourself or another person, or need urgent support, you should contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.

Sworn Mentorship is not a crisis service and does not provide emergency support.

7. Client responsibility

You agree that you are responsible for:

  1. Being honest about your situation.
  2. Deciding whether mentorship is suitable for you.
  3. Taking or not taking action based on your own judgement.
  4. Seeking professional help where required.
  5. Completing any agreed actions.
  6. Attending booked sessions on time.
  7. Communicating respectfully.
  8. Managing your own wellbeing, finances, relationships, work, commitments and decisions.
  9. Understanding the risks of any personal, career, business or life decision before acting.
  10. Taking responsibility for the consequences of your own choices.

Sworn Mentorship is not responsible for consequences arising from your interpretation, use, misuse, rejection or misunderstanding of any guidance, feedback, suggestion, discussion or opinion.

8. Payment

All services must be paid in full upfront unless Sworn Mentorship agrees otherwise in writing.

The first private session must be paid in full before the session is confirmed.

The 90 day private mentorship programme must be paid in full before the programme is confirmed.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

By making payment, you understand that you are reserving time, preparation, availability and limited mentorship capacity. Sworn Mentorship only works with a small number of people, so once your booking is confirmed, that time and capacity may no longer be offered to someone else.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

9. Bookings and reserved time

When you book a first private session or the 90 day private mentorship programme, you are paying for reserved time, preparation, review, planning, communication, availability and access to Sworn Mentorship for the service purchased.

Payment is not only for time spent on a live call.

Payment also covers:

  1. The reserved slot.
  2. Preparation.
  3. Administration.
  4. Review of your information.
  5. Planning.
  6. Communication.
  7. The opportunity cost of holding that time for you.
  8. Limited mentorship capacity that may no longer be offered to another client.

10. Cancellation by the client

You may cancel or request to reschedule up to 24 hours before your first booked session.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your first booked session, Sworn Mentorship may offer a reschedule or refund where appropriate and where required by law.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your first booked session, no refund will be due except where required by law.

If you do not attend your booked session, arrive too late for the session to reasonably take place, or fail to communicate before the session begins, the session may be treated as missed and no refund will be due except where required by law.

Sworn Mentorship does not offer discretionary partial refunds after the cancellation deadline.

Any refund required by law will be handled only to the extent required by law.

11. First private session refund policy

The first private session is paid in full upfront.

You may cancel or request to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, miss the session, arrive too late, or decide not to continue after the session has taken place, no refund will be due except where required by law.

Once the first private session has started, the service has begun.

Once the first private session has been completed, the service has been delivered.

Sworn Mentorship does not provide outcome based refunds.

12. 90 day private mentorship refund policy

The 90 day private mentorship programme is paid in full upfront.

When you purchase the 90 day private mentorship programme, you are reserving a limited private mentorship place for the full programme period.

Because Sworn Mentorship only works with a small number of people, your place cannot easily be resold once the programme has been confirmed and your time has been reserved.

You may cancel or request to reschedule your programme start date up to 24 hours before your first booked session.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your first booked session, miss your first session, stop responding, stop attending, decide not to continue, fail to complete agreed actions, or decide the mentorship is no longer suitable for you after the programme has begun, no refund will be due except where required by law.

The 90 day private mentorship programme runs for 90 calendar days from the agreed start date or, if no separate start date is agreed, from the date of the first booked session.

Unused sessions, missed sessions, unclaimed support or periods of non communication do not roll over beyond the 90 day period unless Sworn Mentorship agrees otherwise in writing.

Sworn Mentorship does not offer discretionary partial refunds for unused time, unused sessions, abandoned mentorship or non attendance.

13. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Sworn Mentorship may allow a reasonable reschedule at its discretion.

If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before a session, Sworn Mentorship may treat the session as missed.

Sworn Mentorship may reschedule a session where necessary due to illness, emergency, technical issues or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where Sworn Mentorship needs to reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative time.

14. Statutory cancellation rights

If you are buying as a consumer online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.

However, by booking a service from Sworn Mentorship, you may ask Sworn Mentorship to begin providing the service during the 14 day cancellation period.

This may include reviewing your application, preparing for your session, reserving your time, planning your mentorship, sending onboarding information, communicating with you, and delivering any booked session or mentorship support.

If you ask Sworn Mentorship to begin providing the service during the 14 day cancellation period, you agree that:

  1. Sworn Mentorship may begin work before the 14 day cancellation period ends.
  2. You may be required to pay for services already provided before you cancel.
  3. You may be required to pay for preparation, review, planning, administration, communication and reserved time where permitted by law.
  4. If the service has been fully performed, you may lose your right to cancel.
  5. If your first private session has been completed, the first private session has been fully delivered.
  6. If the 90 day mentorship programme has begun, Sworn Mentorship may refuse refunds except where required by law.

To cancel, email:

[email protected]

You must clearly state that you wish to cancel.

15. No outcome based refunds

Refunds are not provided because you do not achieve a particular result, disagree with feedback, dislike advice given, choose not to act on guidance, change your mind after the service has begun, or later decide that mentorship was not right for you.

Sworn Mentorship does not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, financial, business, career, relationship, creative or life outcome.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.

16. Communication between sessions

Any communication outside booked sessions is limited to what is included in the service you have purchased.

Sworn Mentorship is not an emergency support service and does not provide 24 hour access.

Response times are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Messages sent outside agreed support boundaries may not receive a response.

17. Confidentiality

Sworn Mentorship will treat client information with respect and discretion.

However, confidentiality is not absolute.

Sworn Mentorship may use, share or disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

  1. Provide the service.
  2. Process payment.
  3. Keep records.
  4. Comply with the law.
  5. Protect legal rights.
  6. Prevent harm.
  7. Respond to serious risk involving you or another person.
  8. Obtain professional advice.
  9. Deal with a dispute, complaint, chargeback or legal claim.
  10. Protect Sworn Mentorship from misuse, false claims or legal risk.

18. Behaviour and conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully.

Sworn Mentorship may end services immediately if you are abusive, threatening, dishonest, manipulative, discriminatory, repeatedly disruptive, or behave in a way that makes the mentorship relationship unsuitable or unsafe.

Sworn Mentorship may also end services if you repeatedly fail to attend, fail to engage, refuse to complete agreed actions, misuse the service, or attempt to use mentorship as a substitute for professional clinical, medical, legal or financial support.

Where services are ended because of your serious breach of these Terms, refunds may be refused to the extent permitted by law.

19. No guarantee of outcome

Sworn Mentorship cannot guarantee that you will become successful, make money, improve your relationships, improve your mental state, build a business, change your habits, achieve a goal, receive an opportunity, or experience any specific outcome.

Mentorship can provide guidance, challenge, support, reflection and accountability.

Results depend on many factors outside Sworn Mentorship’s control, including your actions, choices, circumstances, health, discipline, environment, finances and external events.

20. Financial, business and career discussions

Sworn Mentorship may discuss business ideas, career choices, pricing, income goals, discipline, work ethic, decision making, communication, positioning, ambition or personal development.

These discussions are not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, employment advice or regulated business advice.

You are responsible for carrying out your own research and seeking qualified professional advice before making financial, legal, tax, investment, employment or business decisions.

Sworn Mentorship is not responsible for financial loss, business loss, employment loss, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, tax consequences, legal consequences or commercial decisions made by you.

21. Health, mental health and wellbeing discussions

Sworn Mentorship may discuss confidence, discipline, habits, motivation, mindset, self image, stress, emotional patterns, behaviour or personal difficulty.

These discussions are not medical advice, therapy, counselling, psychiatric advice, psychological treatment or clinical mental health support.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional help if you are experiencing medical, psychological, psychiatric, emotional or crisis related issues.

You should not use Sworn Mentorship as a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, counselling, medication, crisis support, addiction support or specialist professional care.

22. Your decisions after mentorship

Any action you take after receiving mentorship is your own decision.

Sworn Mentorship may challenge your thinking, give opinions, suggest actions, provide feedback, question assumptions or identify possible options.

You are responsible for deciding what to do, what not to do, what risks to take, what advice to seek, and whether any action is appropriate for your personal circumstances.

You agree not to hold Sworn Mentorship responsible for consequences arising from your decisions, actions, inaction, interpretation or implementation of mentorship discussions.

23. Intellectual property

All written materials, frameworks, notes, documents, exercises, recordings, website content, service names, wording, methods and other materials provided by Sworn Mentorship remain the property of Sworn Mentorship unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use materials provided to you for your own personal use.

You must not copy, sell, publish, share, record, distribute, teach, reproduce, upload, adapt or commercially exploit Sworn Mentorship materials without written permission.

Sworn Mentorship may use third party tools for forms, emails, payments, bookings, calls, website hosting, analytics or communication.

Sworn Mentorship is not responsible for outages, failures, delays, errors, data handling, terms, policies or actions of third party platforms.

Your use of third party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

  9. Indirect or consequential loss.

  11. Your failure to seek appropriate professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sworn Mentorship against claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, unlawful behaviour, false information, abusive conduct, payment dispute, or actions taken by you following mentorship.

29. Force majeure

Sworn Mentorship is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including illness, emergency, internet failure, platform failure, payment provider failure, power outage, strike, legal restriction, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, public health issue, or other unexpected disruption.

The Terms in force at the time of your purchase will apply to the service you purchased, unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you.

32. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Payment Terms

These Payment Terms apply to all services purchased from Sworn Mentorship.

By making payment, you agree to these Payment Terms, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Payment upfront

All Sworn Mentorship services must be paid in full upfront.

The first private session must be paid in full before the session is confirmed.

The 90 day private mentorship programme must be paid in full before the programme is confirmed.

A service is not booked, reserved or confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Prices

The price shown at the time of purchase is the price payable.

Prices are listed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Sworn Mentorship may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect services already paid for.

3. What payment covers

Payment covers the specific service purchased.

For the first private session, payment covers one private mentorship session and any included follow up that is clearly stated before purchase.

For the 90 day private mentorship programme, payment covers the agreed 90 day mentorship period and the support clearly stated before purchase.

Payment also covers reserved time, preparation, review, planning, communication, administration and limited capacity.

Any additional calls, written work, extended support, reviews, documents or services may require an additional fee.

4. Reserved capacity

By paying for a service, you are reserving limited time and capacity.

Sworn Mentorship only works with a small number of people.

Once your session or programme is confirmed, Sworn Mentorship may turn away other potential clients, reserve preparation time, review your information, plan your support, and hold availability for you.

For this reason, payments are not refundable after the cancellation deadline except where required by law.

5. No automatic entitlement to extra support

Payment for one service does not create an entitlement to unlimited messaging, additional calls, emergency support, professional advice, future discounts, free extensions, or ongoing access after the agreed service period ends.

Only the support clearly included in the service purchased will be provided.

6. Cancellation deadline

You may cancel or request to reschedule up to 24 hours before your first booked session.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your first booked session, no refund will be due except where required by law.

If you miss your session, fail to attend, arrive too late, or do not provide enough notice, no refund will be due except where required by law.

Sworn Mentorship does not offer discretionary partial refunds after the cancellation deadline.

7. First private session

The first private session is paid in full upfront.

Once the session has started, the service has begun.

Once the session has been completed, the service has been delivered.

No refund will be due after the session has taken place except where required by law.

8. 90 day private mentorship

The 90 day private mentorship programme is paid in full upfront.

Your payment reserves your place, programme period, preparation, availability and mentorship capacity.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the first booked session, miss your first session, stop attending, stop responding, fail to complete agreed actions, or decide not to continue after the programme has begun, no refund will be due except where required by law.

Unused time, unused sessions or unclaimed support do not carry forward after the 90 day period unless agreed in writing.

Sworn Mentorship does not offer discretionary partial refunds for unused sessions, abandoned mentorship, non attendance or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in these Payment Terms affects any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.

Where any refund is required by law, Sworn Mentorship will only provide the refund required by law.

Sworn Mentorship does not provide voluntary refunds outside these Payment Terms.

10. Service beginning within the 14 day cancellation period

If you are buying as a consumer online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.

  4. Reserving your time.
  5. Planning your mentorship.
  6. Sending onboarding information.
  7. Communicating with you.
  8. Delivering your session.
  9. Beginning the 90 day mentorship programme.

If you ask Sworn Mentorship to begin during the 14 day cancellation period, you understand that you may be required to pay for work already provided and that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully delivered.

11. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the booking will not be confirmed.

Sworn Mentorship is not responsible for delays caused by failed payments, bank issues, payment provider errors, card declines, fraud checks, or incorrect payment details.

12. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you raise a chargeback after booking, beginning or receiving a service, Sworn Mentorship may provide the payment provider with relevant information, including payment records, booking confirmations, session records, communication records, your agreement to these terms, and evidence of services provided or time reserved.

You agree to contact Sworn Mentorship first before raising a payment dispute.

13. Payment providers

Payments may be processed by third party payment providers.

Sworn Mentorship does not store your full card details.

Payment providers may process your information according to their own terms and privacy notices.

14. Taxes

Where taxes are legally required, they will be included or displayed before purchase where applicable.

15. Checkout consent wording

Use this checkbox before payment:

I agree to the Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms and Privacy Policy. I understand that Sworn Mentorship is personal mentorship only and does not provide medical, clinical mental health, financial, legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
