At Sworn Mentorship, we are committed to providing clarity and fairness when it comes to donations and product orders. Please read the following policy carefully before making any purchases or contributions.
1. Donations
All donations made through our website are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Donations do not guarantee mentorship, faster service, or priority selection.
- We do not offer refunds on donations made in error, unless required by law or in extraordinary cases, at our sole discretion.
If you have a concern regarding a donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at [email protected].
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloads, e-books, or exclusive digital content), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Please ensure you have selected the correct item before completing your transaction.
3. Physical Products
We accept returns only in the event that a physical product is received in a defective or damaged condition. To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- You must provide proof of the defect (e.g. photo evidence)
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing (unless the sizing was misrepresented)
- General dissatisfaction
4. Shipping
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect parcels.
If a replacement is issued due to our error or product defect, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
